Join us for a series of four webinars in support of the strengthening of financial literacy and increasing the foundation of data tracking and reporting. In addition to discussions, we will be sharing templates that align with AWSNA Accreditation guidelines. This series will be of interest to business office staff, pedagogical leadership, future leaders and board members that do not regularly operate in the financial realm.

Financial Primer Part II: Expenses & Reporting

The second installment in this series will take a deeper look at subledgers and class tracking. Payroll and benefit costs will be examined to understand fully loaded expenses for best budgeting practices. A critical reporting tool, the Statement of Financial Reporting, aka the school’s Balance Sheet, will be analyzed to identify points of focus and attention. The final element in this webinar will be a sample CASH FLOW template. At the conclusion of this hour, attendees should be able to identify critical reporting benchmarks revealing trendlines in your organization.
